Contact your school organizer

Open your school’s party book and sign in to review My bookings. You can request a cancellation or refund there when the event’s policy allows it. For exceptions, payment questions, or a missing booking, contact the school organizer.

Use the organizer contact shared by your school. If you need that address, ask your school office.

Can’t get in?

If a sign-in link has expired, request a new email or use the six-digit code from the newest message. School browsing codes come from the organizer; Party Fundraisers cannot display a forgotten code.

Review how account, event, and payment details are protected. For a security or privacy concern, use the email address on that page. Never send a sign-in code or card number by email.
